awhile back i made this necklace based on photos and instructions from martha stewart living. it was pretty inexpensive, easy, and i really liked the results.

i found some glass beads on sale at michaels a few weeks ago, and wanted to try those…. but the bead holes are too small for my crimp tubes… so husband came up with a variation! the pattern for the variation goes a bit like the middle piece of the original:

i just attached a clasp to the end of the circle, like this:

ok so you can't see the clasp so well... but check out my cool purple nail polish! only 1.99!

and here’s me this morning, in the parking lot, wearing the finished product (thanks husband):
